About

A native to Myrtle Beach South Carolina, Tyler grew up in a musical family. With a father that mastered bass performance there was no doubt that he would be successful if he followed suit. Through his early childhood, Tyler practiced with many instruments such as Piano, Guitar, Drums, and Saxophone. It wasn’t until he was 16 years of age that he realized he should pursue bass as his main instrument.

With some quick success in the surrounding areas, Tyler decided to take his music ability to the next level by studying music at the local University. In 2018, Tyler received his Bachelors of Arts in Music with a concentration in Commercial Music and Jazz. Directly after obtaining his degree he was hired on as a Bass Player / Entertainer of The Bowery, A world famous honky tonk where supergroup Alabama got their start. Following in their footsteps, Tyler became well versed in all types of country music, new and old, along with Emcee techniques and sound design.

After 3 years of performing nightly at The Bowery, Tyler received a job as Bass Player for a national tribute show know as Legends In Concert. Around a year later he was promoted to the Music Director. As the MD he is responsible for all musical aspects of the performance and maintaining the integrity of Legends In Concert musical standards.

When Tyler is not performing he spends his time with his family that he cherishes above everything else. He is husband to Baylee Hughes, a dance studio owner, and father to their first born daughter, Tulsa Rhae.
